16th March 2025 Hiking - Walking: Trimley circuit Wind Direction: Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: sunny periods with a chilly NE breeze Max Speed: Distance Covered: Sunday 16th March - walk *** – Curcuit at Trimley St. Mary – sunny periods. After a good windsurf foil on the River Stour at Wrabness yesterday it took a bit of a toil on me, when I was ready for bed I had a job to walk up the stairs with my heel really playing up, getting fed-up of this now as its been many months despite doing loads of exercises and getting the appropriate footwear, so any thoughts of sailing today were put aside and am hoping it will improve as Tuesday is looking promising to get on the water! I did manage to do my exercises today, in the back garden too despite it only being 6 degrees but it was sunny and sheltered from the chilly NE breeze while Mag sanded the front door which is now ready to vanish and is looking great, she has done a great job! My heel improved enough for Mag and I to go on a short walk, after a quick visit to Lidl we drove to Cordy’s Lane to do a rectangular walk in the lovely Suffolk countryside with again some nice clouds passing! It was then home for a late lunch, brie and crackers flowed by a hot cross bun, we know how to live! Photo Album here |
